Learn the basics of making your own sage Clearing sticks.. The course draws from the history of sage sticks and students will be introduced to a variety of aromatic herbs,. Participants will finish the class with their own sage stick to burn and share. 

You will be taught how to forage for your own herbs to craft this beautiful ritual tool. Please make sure you have an abundant quantity of fresh aromatic herbs: such as: rosemary, sage, thyme, bay, eucalyptus, lavender, rose petals, mugwort, yarrow, peppermint, lemon balm. You will also need natural fibre twine or string. If you have any trouble getting these please contact us and we can send you out a ingredients pack for a small fee.

Nellie will also guide you through how she incorporates the ritual of burning sage and other botanicals and intention into her daily life.
