Important:
Cacao is very safe but is contraindicated with certain prescription medications such as SSRI’s and some heart medications. Please contact us if you are unsure.
Cacao is best absorbed on an empty stomach, please avoid eating large meals 2 hours before the event. We advise a grounding meal following the ceremony.
We will be drinking a medicinal dose of Cacao which can be quite strong and astringent, please drink plenty of water before, during and after the event.
